
Join us on Thursday, June 26th, 2025, at 6pm for our Summer Chef's Dinner!
Executive Chef Matt Barnes and Sommelier Michael Holmes have worked to put together the perfect night of food and wine pairings. We will be teaming up with Mari Wells Coyle, winemaker for Silverado Vineyards to host our first wine dinner of the year!
This dinner will have a maximum of 12 guests. We look forward to serving you and providing a worry-free fine dining experience.

Amuse – Kabocha | amaranth
1st Course – Cured Venison Loin | watercress, persimmon, wild onions, sumac
2nd Course – Rabbit “Minestrone” | patty pan squash, Anasazi beans, charred corn, mustard green pesto
3rd Course – Ash Roasted Bison Loin | sunchoke pave, baby carrots, snap beans, cuitlacoche demi-glace
4th Course – – Fry Bread, wojapi, sunflower seed brittle

All ticket sales for Chef's Dinner events are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, please contact us 48 hours in advance, and we will be happy to apply your fee toward a future Afternoon Tea, Chef's/Wine Dinner or Wine Tasting event.
