We are incredibly excited to welcome Doug Frost and his wine from Echolands Winery in Walla Walla, Washington, to Pierpont's for an exclusive wine dinner! Mr. Frost is one of only four people in the world to hold both Master of Wine and Master Sommelier titles. Pierpont's Executive Chef Matt Barnes has put together a spectacular menu to pair with the wine, and he will be walking through each course while Mr. Frost walks you through his selected pairings from Echolands Winery for each course.

This dinner will have a maximum of 30 guests. We look forward to serving you and providing a worry-free fine dining experience.

  • Lavender Roasted Leg of Lamb | alfonso olives, cranberry, acorn squash

  • Charbroiled Eye of Ribeye | mushroom dusted, cider gold beets, ash cured goat cheese, arugula, port-saba reduction
